We always want you to be delighted with your Own It purchase. But if you're not, we make returns and exchanges easy. You can exchange any product or gift that you're not satisfied with—for whatever reason. And we'd love to help you find something that'll really knock your socks off instead.


But if you'd prefer a refund, no problem: take notice that we cannot accept online exclusives for return and we cannot accept shipped returns without prior authorization through Customer Care. So be sure to send us live chat first. Note that any exchange or defective return shipping is included and will be provided during the exchange process. Returns or remorse buy returns will not include or cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be processed once returned item(s) have been received.

Pick up / in-person orders

Items purchased thru picked up in-person  with a autorization only thru that person, or you can contact Customer Care. 

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact  us  If the correct item is currently in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, has been discontinued and/or is a seasonal or limited-edition product, we will be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price instead.
